1 cup butter (no substitute)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
3 oz. pkg. pecans, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat butter, vanilla and icing sugar until pale and smooth. Beat in flour; add pecans.

2. Grease a 15x11 inch cookie sheet. Spread mixture with a spatula evenly over pan, thicker at the edges. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. You must watch it carefully, as it burns quickly.

3. Let cool, then dust with icing sugar. Break up into pieces (any size) and serve.
