1/3lb Bacon chopped
1C Chicken Stock
3TB Olive Oil
1Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1Onion diced
1 28ozcan Plum Tomatoes with juices
4Carrots Diced (1/2bag baby carrots)
2Cans Northern Beans or Cannelini (white beans)
1C Mushrooms sliced
1C Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1lb Italian Sausage
1/2C chopped parsley (opt)
1-2lbs Boneless Chicken cubed
1/2C Parmesan Cheese grated
3-4 Sausages/brats sliced (wild rice ones are good)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil over medium heat, sauté bacon until crispy. Add onions, carrots, mushrooms and season with seasoned salt (like Season All), salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes and pour into crock pot. In same pan, cook Italian sausage, add chicken pieces, season with seasoned salt, salt, pepper. Cook until browned on all sides, add sliced sausages and cook until browned. Turn heat to high, add chicken stock and simmer a few minutes scraping sides and bottom. Stir in soup, plum tomatoes with juices and mix well, add to crock pot. Add beans to crock pot and season to taste. Cook on high for 3hrs or low 6hrs. Halway through cooking time stir together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley and season with seasoned salt. Sprinkle on top of crock pot mixture and gently press down to soak up moisture.

This is a French dish known as a Cassoulet which is a French dish using pork and white beans. A great change from chili and a delicious twist on stew!
