Basic Quinoa Recipe:
1C Quinoa
2C Water
Combine in saucepan and bring to boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. (Just like rice).

Directions:

Season to taste (Seasoned Salt, pepper, salt)
Chopped Green Onions
Frozen Peas (thawed)
Combine and heat in microwave (about 1-2minutes) Add to cooked quinoa.

Quinoa is a complete protein and has become very popular because it is gluten free. It cooks just like rice.
