6 oz lasagna noodles
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground Italian sausage
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
1 8 oz can tomato juice
Garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper (as desired)
2 cups ricotta cheese
12 oz mozzarella cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Cook noodles per package directions, drain in cold water; set aside.
Brown ground meat; drain off fat.
Add spaghetti sauce & tomato sauce; simmer briefly.
Add garlic, Italian seasoning & pepper to taste.
Grease a 10 x 13 pan. Alternate layers as follows: sauce, noodles, ricotta & mozzarella.
Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
Top layer should be sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly & center is hot.
