1 cup white sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars, margarine and oil. Add eggs and blend well. Mix in dry ingredients. Drop balls into granulated sugar and place on parchment paper on ungreased cookie sheet
Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes
