3 egg whites
3 1/2 T. raspberry Jello
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. vinegar
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Mix sugar with Jello and gradually add to egg whites, beating until stiff peaks form and mixture is not grainy. Blend in vinegar. Stir in chocolate chips.
Line a cookie sheet with brown paper. Spoon small mounds of cookie mixture on the paper, placing close together since cookies do not spread out. Bake at 250º for 25 minutes. Turn off the oven and allow cookies to remain inside an additional 20 minutes.
