6 to 8 thin pork chops
1 can Tomato Soup with Basil
1 soup can of water
213 ml. can Tomato Sauce
156 ml can Tomato Paste
sliced fresh mushrooms
sliced carrots
sliced celery
pieces of green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make a sauce with the tomato soup, water, tomato sauce and tomato paste.

2. Lightly brown chops, a few at a time. After each pan of pork chops is fried, remove the chops and pour a bit of tomato sauce into the pan to deglaze it and capture the juices.

3. Add the vegetables to the remaining sauce and put into a casserole dish. Add the browned pork chops, ensuring they are fully covered with sauce.

4. Cover and bake at 350 º for about 2 1/2 hours.
