1 cup scant cup of water
6 quarts of apples
4 cups sugar

Directions:
Put apples and water in pressure cooker and cook at 10 lbs for 30 minutes. Drain off juice and run through ricer. put back on heat and add sugar and oil of cinnamon. Mom would have added red hots I am sure.
