2 cups flour
2 cups water
food coloring OR unsweetened Kool-Aid
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar of alum

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of the pot and loses some of its stickiness. Knead and store in airtight container or plastic bag.

This is perfect for very little ones, because the ingredients are all edible (although it would be best if kids didn't swallow this stuff!) and the play-dough never dries out!
