1 cup warm water
1 pkg dry yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups Monster Dough
5 cups flour
cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put warm water, yeast, sugar and salt in a blender. Cover and process at low speed until yeast dissolves. Add Monster Dough. Add 1 1/2 cups flour gradually.

2. When smooth pour into a bowl. Add 2 1/2 cups flour gradually, mixing until smooth. Cover with damp cloth and let rise in warm place until double in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours.

3. Turn onto floured board and work in about 1 cup of flour. Knead for 5 minutes. Shape into large loaf or 2 long oval loaves. Sprinkle cornmeal on cooking sheet, place loaves on cornmeal and let rise 1 1/2 hours until double.

4. Place shallow pan of water on lower shelf of oven at 400º. Make diagonal slashes across surface of dough with a very sharp knife. Bake 40 minutes.
