1 lb smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage, halved & sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp canola oil
1 pkg (4.9 oz) au gratin potatoes
2 1/2 c water
1 pkg (8 oz) frozen California-blend vegetables
1 - 2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet cook sausage in oil until lightly browned; drain.
Add potatoes with contents of sauce mix & water.
Cover & cook over medium heat 18 - 20 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender, stirring occasionally.
Add vegetables; cover & cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Remove from heat; cover & let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
