1 pkg (8 1/2 oz) corn bread/muffin mix
1 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pkg hot dogs, chopped into bite-size pieces
1 can (15 oz) chili with beans
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare corn bread batter according to pkg directions.
Spread half the batter in a greased 8-in square baking dish.
In large skillet, saute green pepper, onion & celery until crisp tender.
Stir in hot dogs; saute 3 -4 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
Stir in the chili, brown sugar, garlic powder & chili powder.
Heat through; then stir in 3/4 cup cheese.
Spoon over corn bread batter.
Top with remaining batter.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 28 - 32 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
