1 medium head of cauliflower broken into
pieces
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups of milk
1 teasp. Worchestershire Sauce
4 oz. sharp grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Sautern Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Cauliflower pieces or flowerets covered in a small amount of boiling water that has been salted. Cook til tender but stil "crisp" about 10 minutes. Cool and coarsly chop and hold aside.

In large saucepan cook onion in butter til tender but not brown. Blend in flour add chicken broth, milk and worchestrshire sauce. Cook and stir til mixture thickens slightly and then add cauliflower. Bring to a boil and stir in cheese. Add wine last.
Sprinkle each serving with sniped chives.
