1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c uncooked white rice
1 /2 c water
1/2 c chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 can (15 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In large bowl combine the ground beef, rice, 1/2 c water & onion.
Blend in salt, celery salt, garlic powder & pepper.
Mix well; shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
In a 11 x 7 inch baking dish, combine the cream of mushroom soup & 1 cup water.
Place the meatballs in sauce, turning to coat well.
Cover & bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover & cook for an additional 15 minutes.
