1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
4 large eggs
1 (29 oz) can pure pumpkin
2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
2 unbaked 9 in. deep dish pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, allspice and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

Pour into pie shells.

Bake in preheated 425º oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º, bake for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
