2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs- one at a time
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. walnuts

Frosting:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar oil and eggs together, then add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well, add cinnamon, allspice, carrots and nuts. Stir until mixed well.

Put in 13 x 9 cake pan, bake 1 hour at 350º.

While baking make frosting and frost cake when cooled.
