1 medium onion, chopped
1 jalapeņo pepper, chopped (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs cooked & diced beef or venison (optional)
1 14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
5 oz can tomatoes with green chiles
1 10 1/2 oz can beef broth
1 10 3/4 oz can chicken broth
1 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
2 1/4 cups water
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
1/8 to 1/4 tsp red pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tortillas, cut in 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
Cilantro (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from tomatoes into skillet.
Saute first 4 ingredients; transfer into large pot.
Add remaining ingredients, except tortillas & cheese.
Simmer 1 hour.
Add tortillas & cook 10 minutes.
Garnish with cheese & cilantro if desired.
Serve with hot tortillas.
