Meat Sauce:
4 lbs ground beef
3 onions, chopped
2 14 1/2 oz cans Rotel tomatoes
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
6 tsp salt (or less)
2 23 oz cans ranch style beans
Brown beef & onions; drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients, except beans, & simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Add beans & heat thoroughly.

Layer with the following in this order:
2 12 oz pkg of crushed corn chips,
1 14 oz box of cooked rice,
meat sauce,
1 lb grated cheddar cheese,
2 chopped onions,
1 large head chopped lettuce,
5 - 6 chopped tomatoes,
2 4 1/2 oz cans chopped ripe olives (black),
1-2 cups chopped pecans,
1 can coconut, &
1 16 oz jar picante sauce.
