2 c. sugar

2 T. cocoa

1/2 c. milk

1 stick margarine

Bring above ingredients to a boil for exactly 1 1/2 minutes on a medium heat. Add: 1/2 c. peanut butter. Stir in 2 - 2 1/2 c. oatmeal.

Spoon out to cool in small amounts on wax paper.
