2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 12 oz. bag Nestle Peanut Butter Morsels

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º F. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla; beat at medium speed until creamy (about 3-5 minutes). Add egg; beat well. Turn mixer to low; gradually add flour mixture. Stir in Peanut Butter Morsels. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 7-9 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Cookies will be a light golden color with a light brown edge.
