1 cup butter (2 sticks)
½ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp almond extract or vanilla
2 1/3 cup flour (unsifted)
Food Coloring
Optional sprinkles and decorating toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Divide dough and add food coloring and mix gently. Place mixture into cookie press and press onto cookie sheet. Bake 8 – 10 minutes at 325°. Do not over bake!
Can also roll into small balls and press with fork.
Decorate as desired.
