Crust:
20 graham crackers crushed or 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ lb margarine
Melt margarine and combine with graham crackers. Line bottom and side of baking pan.

Filling:
1 large and 1 small pkg cream cheese – room temperature
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ pint sour cream for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven. To ½ pint sour cream, add 2 T sugar, mix well. Spread gently on top of cake. Bake additional 5 minutes at 375°. Refrigerate until cool.
