Ingredients: 3 lg green onions 2 or 3 cans tomatos 1 lg head of cabbage 4 garlic cloves 2 or 3 cans vegtable broth 2 green peppers 1 bunch of celery 6 carrots 2 or 3 cans chicken broth 1 large breown onion season with salt , pepper, parsley, boullion or hot sauce

Directions:cut veggies in small pieces cover with broth boil fast for 10 min tthen simmer and continue cooking until all vegatables are tender . This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungary eat as much as you want whenever you want. This soup will not add calories the more you eat the more you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away DAY 1: all fruits except bananas. Eat only the soup and fruits DAY2: all vegatables eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh and cooked veggies eat with soup. At dinner reward yourself with a big bake potato with butter DO not eat any fruit DAY3: Eat all soup, fruit veggies you want if you have eaten as stated above you should have lost 5-7 lbs by now (DO NOT CHEAT) DAY4: BAnanas and skim milk eat as many as five bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you want alone with the soup DAY 5: beef and tomatos you may have 10-20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatos or as many fresh tomatos you want on this day drink at least 6-8 glasses of water Eat the soup at least once today DAY6: Beef and Veggies eat until your hearts content of the beef and veggies you can even have 2-3 steaks eat the soup once today DAY7: brown rice unsweetened fruit juices andvegtables again stuff yourself and be sure to have the soup once today.
