1 half gallon cookies and cream ice cream
1 oreo pie crust
1 package oreo cookies (double stuffed optional)
chocolate or rainbow sprinkles

Directions:

Allow ice cream to soften in big mixing bowl.

In a durable plastic bag crush 2/3 of the oreo cookies into pieces and chunks (I generally use a rolling pin on a chopping board). Mix cookies with softened ice cream and stir until well blended. Before the ice cream really starts to melt, place ice cream and cookie mixture into oreo cookie crust. Spread evenly in the crust. Use remaining cookies to border the pie and sprinkle to taste. Cover pie with plastic top (from pie packing) and place in freezer. Freeze until ice cream is set again- 1 hour or less (time may differ!)
