1 onion chopped.
2 cloves chopped garlic.
1 Lb ground lamb.
1TBS Cinnamon.
1 tspn cayenne pepper.
1 TBS oregano.
1 tspn thyme leaves.
1 can crushed tomato puree.
3/4 Lb pasta shells.
1 1/2 cups milk.
1 cup cream.
1 tspn nutmeg.
2 1/2 cups parm.
1/2 cup butter.
1/4 cup flour.
1/2 cup greek yogurt.
2 eggs .

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, garlic, and ground lamb.
Add cinnamon, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, and tomato puree.

Cook pasta shells and add to the meat sauce.

For Béchamel Sauce:
In one pan heat milk and cream, in another melt butter. Add flour to make a lose roux. Pour in heated milk and cream, whisk. Cool sauce for 15 mins.

Once cooled, add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup greek yogurt to sauce.

Put pasta and meat sauce into a pan, put béchamel sauce on top, sprinkle with parm cheese.

Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes-or until cheeses have melted and have good color.
