2 to 3 lbs Chicken (Any Portions)
Flour
Seasoning Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Buttermilk
Cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat cooking oil until hot.

Rinse and clean chicken parts. Season chicken parts to taste with seasoning salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a plastic bag (Ziploc) pour flour and seasoning salt to taste and mix well. Set aside.

In a large bowl pour buttermilk and dip and cover chicken and place chicken in plastic bag flour mix and shake to coat chicken. Place chicken in oil and fry until cooked thoroughly. Flip chicken over to fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove chicken from oil and place on plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. Serve warm.
