4 Bunches collard greens
3 Bunches Kale
2 small smoked ham hocks (Can be substituted with turkey)
Water
Seasoning Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cut collard greens and kale. Set aside. Boil Ham Hocks for minimum of 2 hours or until tender and meat is falling off of bones. Drain from water. In a large pot add cut collard greens, cut kale and ham hocks. Add enough water to cover all greens and kale in the pot. Season to taste. Cook until greens and kale are tender. Serve hot.
