2 to 3 lbs. Pork Chops (Bone In)
Seasoning Salt to taste
Flour
Cooking Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and clean pork chops and set aside. Heat cooking oil in large frying pan.

Season Pork chops with seasoning salt to taste set aside. Using a plastic bag (Ziploc bag) add flour and seasoning salt to taste and mix. Add pork chop to flour and shake bag until pork chop is fully covered with flour and dip into cooking oil and fry each side until golden brown. Place fried pork chop on a paper towel lined plate to drain excess grease. Serve warm.
