5 Packs or lbs. neckbones
Yellow Peppers (Hot or Mild)
Seasoning salt to taste
Water

Clean neckbones thoroughly. In a large pot add neckbones, seasoning salt and pepper. Then add enough water to cover all neckbones or fill pot to the top. Boil for minimum 3 hours or until the meat is about to fall off the bones and tender.
