1 side fresh salmon, skinned
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp herbs De Provence
salt and pepper
Lemon wedges for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven (or gas grill) to 425 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with heavy duty foil and spray with olive oil cooking spray.

Place salmon on prepared baking sheet.

Rub with the olive oil and sprinkle with the herbs De Provence, salt and pepper.

Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.

Use large spatulas to move salmon to serving platter.
