1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c crushed pineapple
1/2 c water
2 1/2 c sifted cake flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
3 egg whites

1 c milk
1 box instant pudding
cool whip

cream butter thourghly, sowly beat in sugar, add vanilla. Add pineapple and well sifted dry ingredients alternating with water. fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in buttered layered tin, about 25 min in a 375 degree oven
