2 (16-oz.) bags frozen French style green beans
Ham or bacon bits
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 heaping T. horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt, garlic salt and onion salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
juice of one lemon

Cook green beans with meat and onion, if using, for 1 hour, allowing moisture to evaporate. Blend mayonnaise with remaining ingredients and allow to stand at room temperature. At serving time, drain beans well and gently stir in mayonnaise mixture.
