Crust:
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Filling:
22 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
6 T. milk
3 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the pecans and flour and mix until crumbly. Reserve 3 c. of the mixture and press the remainder into the bottom of a 15x10 in. jelly roll pan. Bake at 350º, 12-15 min. or until lightly browned. Cool.
Filling: Using a mixer, combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat well. Add the eggs, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over the cooled crust and top with reserved crust mixture. Bake at 350º, 18-20 minutes or until topping is golden and filling jiggles when shaken. Cool to room temperature and store in the refrigerator until served.
