1/2 cup crisco oil
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp cream tartar
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 2 ingredients and blend until creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Sift flour, cream tartar , and soda together. Mix alternately with milk to other mixture. Roll out and bake at 400ºF
