2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 drops yellow food coloring
1 to 1-1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sir together eggs and yellow food coloring. Add flour until it forms a soft dough. On a floured surface, fold dough with additional flour until it is no longer sticky. Roll out to 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into desired lengths.

Allow to air dry in a single layer before cooking. After they have dried, they can be frozen for later use.

Add noodles to homemade broth. I add carrots, onion and celery to the meat I am boiling to make a well-seasoned broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
