Ingredients: Crust:
1 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
Filling:
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 package (3 oz) chocolate instant pudding
1 package (3 oz) vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
3 cups Cool Whip

Directions:CRUST:
Mix all ingredients well. Press crust mixture into bottom of a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool.
FILLING:
With an hand mixer, mix Cool Whip, sugar and cream cheese. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
In a separate bowl, mix together the chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes and the milk. Let stand for a few minutes to thicken.
Pour pudding mixture over cream cheese layer, spread to even.
Top with remaining 3 cups Cool Whip.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. |
