1 qt. French vanilla ice cream, slightly thawed
1 lb. butter, softened
1 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
Rum
Boiling water
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ice cream, butter, sugars, cinnamon, and 2 tsp. nutmeg, in order listed, in large bowl with electric mixer. Mix thoroughly. Store in freezer. To use, mix 2-3 Tbsp. of batter to 1 jigger of rum. Fill cup with 8 ounces boiling water. Top with nutmeg.
