1 (16 oz.) cans peach halves, drained
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
1/4 tsp. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches in food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container; puree. In 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine pureed peaches, powdered pectin, cinnamon and allspice; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes or until mixture is very hot, stirring every 2 minutes. Add sugar; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 5-6 minutes or until mixture comes to full rolling boil, stirring once during cooking. Microwave on HIGH an additional 1 minute.
Ladle into 4 clean, hot 8 oz. jelly jars or moisture-vaporproof freezer containers, leaving 1/2" headspace. Cool slightly; cover with tight-fitting lids. Cool several hours. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks or in freezer up to 3 months. 4 cups.
