3 1/4 cup mashed, ripe peaches
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup drained, chopped maraschino cherries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 box powdered pectin
6 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Measure peaches, bananas, cherries and juice into saucepan. Stir in pectin, mix well. Cook over high heat stirring until comes to a full rolling boil. At once, add sugar. Bring again to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring at all times. Remove from heat, skim and stir for 5 minutes. Ladle into hot sterilized jars. Seal. Yield 7 cups.
