"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (15-oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 (20-oz.) pkg. almond bark

Directions:
Directions:
Crush Oreos very fine (we use a Bullet food processor). Then mix cream cheese and Oreos together. Roll mixture into balls (can refrigerate the balls so they don't melt so fast when you dip them). Melt almond bark in double boiler. Use a fork to dip the Oreo balls in melted almond bark, then gentle tap the fork on the side of the pan and place on wax paper until bark is set.
