1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. butter-flavored Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12-oz.) bag white chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, shortening and sugars until fluffy. Add egg, mix well. Stir in flour, soda, salt, and vanilla. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by heaping tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12-14 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before removing cookies to wire rack to cool.
