Round Steak
zucchini
garlic
onions
carrots
2 hard boiled eggs
mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper
tomato paste or spaghetti sauce
parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Stuff steak with zucchini, onions, carrots, eggs and cheese. Spread with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put steak in pan and pour tomato paste or spaghetti sauce over. Roast in oven 1 hour, in frying pan, at 350º F.
When finished, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
