1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lbs. potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º F. Put potatoes, seasoning and oil in a bag and shake well. Bake 40 minutes or till potatoes are done. Garnish with parsley.
