2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add brown sugar. Cut in butter. Reserve 1/2 c. mixture to sprinkle over cake.
To remainder add egg and buttermilk. Pour into cake pan. Sprinkle crumbs over top.
Bake 35-40 minutes in 325º - 350º F oven.
