1 - 10oz. frozen broccoli, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
4 T. butter
2 T. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cubed ham
1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in large pan. Saute onions in butter. Stir in flour and gradually add milk. Bring to a boil and cook till thick. Reduce heat and put in cheese. Add drained broccoli, ham and 1 c. croutons. Put in a 2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 º F uncovered for 30 minutes.
