5 lb. shoulder roast cut in large chunks
2 stalks celery
2 medium onion
1 3/4 ketchup
3 tblsp. vinegar
2 tblsp. powder
5 tblsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. tobasco
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 250 for 1 hour per pound. Let cool and shred meat. Put back into sauce and serve.
