1 large can pears
2 (3-oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pears. To reserved juice add water to make 2 cups and boil. Add lemon Jello. Cool. Blend pears in blender. Add cream cheese. Blend well. Add Jello and pear mixture. Add Cool Whip. Beat until smooth. Chill until set.

Sugar free Jello, low fat or non-fat cream cheese and Cool Whip work well too.
