4 Cornish hens
1/2 cup butter melted and divided
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 orange juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Spread one tbsp butter equally over hens, season with salt and pepper.
Bake for one hour or until meat thermometer registers 180º.
Blend together remaining butter, marmalade and orange juice, bring to a boil.
Blend cornstarch and water, slowly adding to mixture until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
Add pecans.
Spread glaze over hens and bake an additional 10 minutes or until glaze begins to brown.
