5 c. Sliced fresh peaches (approx. 9 med sized peaches)
1 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Flour

Note - you can substitute Tapioca and Corn Starch for 1/4 c. Flour.
2 T. Tapioca
1 T. Corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
350º, 50 minutes (approx) - Use 9” Pie Plate.
Place peaches in pie plate lined with pie crust.
Pre-mix sugar and flour and sift over peaches.
Cover with pie crust - make slices in the top.
