4 dozen oysters and liquid
1 onion chopped
1/2 tsp thyme
3/4 tsp oregano
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 stick butter
2 tbsp parsley
1/4 tsp red pepper
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and liquid.
In a skillet cook until the oysters curl, add liquid and 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs. Pour into an oven proof dish and cover with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
